Natural Gardens of Elon, Inc is Hiring a Lawn Care Crew Leader Near Burlington, NC
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our landscaping team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team of landscape/lawn maintenance and groundskeeping professionals to ensure the successful completion of various projects. Duties:
- Lead and supervise a crew of landscape and groundskeeping workers
- Plan and execute landscaping projects, including building and maintaining gardens, lawns, and trees
- Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and fertilizing
- Provide guidance and training to crew members on proper techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor the progress of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain equipment in good working condition
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field
- Strong knowledge of landscape techniques, including mowing, weedeating, etc
- Proven ability to lead and supervise a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and crew members
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
